Frequently Asked Questions
Is it expensive?
You do not pay a premium with custom designed jewelry here at Henri’s. The price varies depending on the design, setting, and stones used. Our custom design team will work with your budget to perfect the jewelry piece that holds the essence of your most meaningful moments.
How long does it take?
When creating a jewelry piece from sketching, it can take as long as the idea process. As the custom design team starts with inspiration and works with you to ensure every detail is perfect, this first step can take as long as it needs to find the right design. Proceeding past that point, the custom design team will see you in the store once more for a digital rendering of the design, taking a little as a few days to about a week. Next, you can opt for a wax mold if it is a ring to see it as close as possible to the real piece. This can take up to a couple of week to receive in store. Lastly is the creation of your jewelry piece. Again, this is dependent upon the complexity of the design. It can take anywhere from two to eight weeks.
